American Environmental Group, Ltd. has secured project bonding through ACE USA, the U.S.-based division of the ACE Group Of Companies, which provides insurance and reinsurance globally. ACE USA currently maintains an A.M. Best Rating: A+.
AEGL is also willing to define other forms of project security to provide assurance to our clients that all projects are completed to their satisfaction. Questions concerning AEGL’s bonding programs can be directed to Ernest Vallorz in our Richfield, Ohio office.
None of the founding members has been a principal employee of another organization that failed to complete a construction contract, and none has ever participated in a project in which it was necessary for a bonding company to take an active role in the completion of a project.
AEGL maintains Approved Installation Contractor (AIC) status with the International Association of Geosynthetics Installers (IAGI), which is a certification attesting to both field expertise and business professionalism, including bonding strength.
Licenses and Permits
AEGL has authority to conduct business and holds contractor’s licenses in numerous states. As our business has grown, we have continually expanded our state business registrations, as well as have obtained specific contractor licensing, where necessary.
AEGL may perform tasks that require state or local trade specific licensing/permitting (e.g., electrical, probe drilling, etc.). Subcontractors will normally complete these tasks and, where applicable, the license and/or permit numbers for these subcontractors will be provided.
